As Vice President of Johnson Solutions and Consulting, Jaylen Johnson plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. With a strong background in professional sports and a lifelong connection to the real estate industry, Jaylen brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and business acumen to the team.
A seasoned 8-year professional basketball player, Jaylen began his career with the Chicago Bulls, participating in summer leagues with the Los Angeles Clippers and Indiana Pacers, as well as competing with various G-League teams. His international career spans Israel, Uruguay, Taiwan, Turkey, and most recently, South Korea, where he continues to play professionally. He has led several teams to championship finals and is also a BIG3 Summer League Champion.
Growing up immersed in the real estate world, Jaylen developed a deep understanding of the industry from a young age. Today, he leverages that experience to drive business growth, foster innovation, and lead teams toward ambitious goals. He is especially passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders, cultivating lasting client relationships, and promoting generational wealth through real estate.

Jeff Ayres is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience at the highest levels of professional sports, known for his leadership, discipline, and high performance. As an NBA Champion and Arizona State University Hall of Famer, Jeff brings the same focus, resilience, and team-oriented mindset that defined his basketball career into the world of business and finance.
Throughout his global career, Jeff has excelled in high-stakes environments, collaborated across diverse cultures, and built a reputation for long-term success. These experiences form the foundation of his ability to deliver strategic insight, measured leadership, and lasting value—particularly in the financial sector.

DaJuan Summers
Executive Director
DaJuan Summers is a former NBA player, international professional athlete, and the #1 overall draft pick in the NBA G League, with a remarkable 16-year career competing at the highest levels of basketball. A standout at Georgetown University, DaJuan helped lead the Hoyas to a Final Four appearance, setting the stage for a professional career that spanned the NBA and elite leagues around the globe.
Off the court, DaJuan has continued to invest in his growth and development. He holds a Business Leadership Certificate and earned a business degree from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School.
Today, he brings the same discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset that defined his athletic career to the business world—focusing on logistics, real estate, and investment opportunities. As both an entrepreneur and mentor, DaJuan is dedicated to building ventures that generate long-term value and create opportunities for future generations.

Alisa Jean Boyd

I have been an Entrepreneur since 2014, when I took over my mother’s company after she fell ill. Since then, I’ve grown my career with a strong foundation in both business and finance. I hold an Associate's degree in Business, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Master’s in Business with a specialization in Finance. My experience spans both corporate and public accounting.
Over the years, I’ve worked as an accountant and a real estate agent. I specialize in helping small businesses launch from the ground up—handling everything from setup to financial systems. I also assist individuals in securing financing for homes and vehicles, offering guidance throughout the loan process.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, fishing, photography, and video editing as a creative outlet.
